Points System
Your Highlander deck must consist of a minimum of 100 cards, including your commander(s). Your deck must not contain more than one of any given card (with the exception of basic lands and cards that state otherwise, such as Relentless Rats).
Below is the Highlander format's Points List, which is a system to restrict the use of certain cards. The points system was inspired by the “Commander", "Canadian highlander”, and "Vintage" formats (you can read about the formation of the Points List here). See illegal cards from the Vintage format here.

In Highlander your deck can contain a maximum of 10 points. The cards below are the only cards that currently have points assigned.

Highlander has no real banned list. However, in addition to the Points List restrictions, the cards that are not legal in the Vintage Format are not allowed in Highlander either. See the Vintage Banned List here.
The following cards cannot be played in Highlander:

-
Ante cards
-
Conspiracy type cards
-
Racially/culturally offensive cards
-
Silver border and acorn cards
-
Attraction and sticker cards
-
Subgame cards (Shahrazad)
-
Dexterity cards (Chaos Orb and Falling Star)
